Đurđica je samostalni sam trener, akreditirani timski i individualni coach od strane International Coaching Federation (Professional Certified Coach) i HR konzultant od 2018. Članica je britanskog Instituta za ljudske resurse (Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development).
Uz to Đurđica je stručnjakinja iz područja upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima, biznisa i leadershipa s više od 20 godina korporativnog iskustva, koje je provela na menadžerskim pozicijama u četiri velike kompanije i različite industrije. Njezini klijenti su tvrtke iz različitih branši i različitih veličina i ambicija, a njen poziv je pomoći organizacijama da pronađu balans između fokusa na ciljeve i fokusa na potrebe njihovih sadašnjih i budućih zaposlenika, kako bi razvili lidere za koje ljudi žele raditi.
Iskustvo je stekla gradeći vodeće timove kompanija i strateške HR prakse, politike i
procedure, uz iskusan menadžment i vrhunske konzultantske tvrtke koje su podržavale
kompanije u kojima je radila.

Individual coaching packages usually consist of 8-10 sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. The initial session involves diagnostics and setting coaching goals. Before first coaching session, a competency or behavioral preference assessment can be conducted based on agreement.
Team coaching is typically a process lasting 3 to 6 months, empowering teams to align, communicate, collaborate, set goals, make decisions, and build new habits.
Group coaching involves a similar format to team coaching but focuses on the individual. The group creates an environment for learning, growth, and individual development by sharing knowledge, perspectives, and experiences. Group coaching can be a one-time event or a series of related events, depending on the themes and needs of the group.
