Danica je Jungijanska coachinja i praktikantica art terapije s više od 30 godina iskustva u korporativnom svijetu.
Radila je kao financijska i kadrovska direktorica te menadžerica podržavajućih funkcija za veći dio zapadne Europe (osim Njemačke). Posljednjih godina bila je suradnica interne revizije, odgovorna za usklađenost s korporativnim pravilima i izvan Europe.
Coaching provodi uz pomoć kreativnih medija – crtanja, pokreta i karata sa slikama – koji olakšavaju kontakt s nesvjesnim. Radi na područjima osobnog razvoja i obiteljskih odnosa. Autorica je knjige Deklice brez gnezda (Djevojčice bez gnijezda – U potrazi za putem do odrasle djece), prevedene na hrvatski i engleski jezik (još neobjavljena).

Individual coaching packages usually consist of 8-10 sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. The initial session involves diagnostics and setting coaching goals. Before first coaching session, a competency or behavioral preference assessment can be conducted based on agreement.
Team coaching is typically a process lasting 3 to 6 months, empowering teams to align, communicate, collaborate, set goals, make decisions, and build new habits.
Group coaching involves a similar format to team coaching but focuses on the individual. The group creates an environment for learning, growth, and individual development by sharing knowledge, perspectives, and experiences. Group coaching can be a one-time event or a series of related events, depending on the themes and needs of the group.
