Description

Urša has 20 years of experience in the international environment of multinational companies in the pharmaceutical and advertising industries.

Over the past 16 years, she has held leadership positions across the Alpe Adria region in the areas of sales, marketing, trade marketing, digital, and BAI. In addition to leading teams, she was regularly responsible for projects related to Inclusion & Diversity, Psychological Safety, and Resilience.

During her career she closely observed the transformation of global company from traditional set-uo into agile, modern organization. In this role, she served as a Catalyst and Coach for Central East Europe.

Location

Individual coaching packages usually consist of 8-10 sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. The initial session involves diagnostics and setting coaching goals. Before first coaching session, a competency or behavioral preference assessment can be conducted based on agreement.

Team coaching is typically a process lasting 3 to 6 months, empowering teams to align, communicate, collaborate, set goals, make decisions, and build new habits.

Group coaching involves a similar format to team coaching but focuses on the individual. The group creates an environment for learning, growth, and individual development by sharing knowledge, perspectives, and experiences. Group coaching can be a one-time event or a series of related events, depending on the themes and needs of the group.
