Naila is a Lean consultant who added ICF ACC Coach credentials to her career in January 2024.
With a background in mathematics and process management, she found her calling in supporting leaders and teams through change. Her work is based on combining Lean methodology with coaching, as she believes in true transformation, not just direction setting.
As part of the team at the international company Proaction International, she led a project that empowered employees to achieve excellence. She is also a musician and a member of the opera choir in Zagreb.
She firmly believes that the key to success lies in the power of connection and collaboration.

Individual coaching packages usually consist of 8-10 sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. The initial session involves diagnostics and setting coaching goals. Before first coaching session, a competency or behavioral preference assessment can be conducted based on agreement.
Team coaching is typically a process lasting 3 to 6 months, empowering teams to align, communicate, collaborate, set goals, make decisions, and build new habits.
Group coaching involves a similar format to team coaching but focuses on the individual. The group creates an environment for learning, growth, and individual development by sharing knowledge, perspectives, and experiences. Group coaching can be a one-time event or a series of related events, depending on the themes and needs of the group.
