Meta is a leadership and career coach and a strategic advisor for organizational culture development and the future of work. She supports individuals, leaders, and organizations in developing leadership competencies, strengthening a culture of collaboration, and building environments where people and ideas can truly thrive.
Her journey combines the discipline of elite sports with a deep understanding of the business world. As a former professional tennis player, she developed a mindset of growth, perseverance, and focus, qualities she now brings into her work with leadership teams, managers, and professionals.
In the coaching process, she creates a safe yet challenging space for reflection, development, and courageous decision-making. She places particular emphasis on developing emotional agility, personal accountability, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead in complex and rapidly changing business environments.
Her work is grounded in the belief that sustainable organizational transformation begins with the transformation of individuals—through the way they think, collaborate, and lead.
“An elite athlete progresses only with the support of a coach who challenges their limits. The same applies to organizations and leadership teams, because true transformation requires a partner who stays by your side even when things become difficult.”

Individual coaching packages usually consist of 8-10 sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. The initial session involves diagnostics and setting coaching goals. Before first coaching session, a competency or behavioral preference assessment can be conducted based on agreement.
Team coaching is typically a process lasting 3 to 6 months, empowering teams to align, communicate, collaborate, set goals, make decisions, and build new habits.
Group coaching involves a similar format to team coaching but focuses on the individual. The group creates an environment for learning, growth, and individual development by sharing knowledge, perspectives, and experiences. Group coaching can be a one-time event or a series of related events, depending on the themes and needs of the group.
