Description

Matej combines a background in technology, business, and human development. He holds a degree in Computer Science and Informatics as well as a Master's degree in Economics. During his 10-year career in a global pharmaceutical company, he gained experience in leadership, project management and working with diverse teams.

His work is grounded in the belief that sustainable change starts with self-awareness. This is why he
continuously invests in his own development through coaching, training, and experiential learning.
Currently, he is training in Body Psychotherapy, expanding his understanding of the connection
between mind, body, emotions, and personal and professional growth.

Many people already know what they need to do to improve their lives. The real challenge is turning that knowledge into lasting change.

Individual coaching packages usually consist of 8-10 sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. The initial session involves diagnostics and setting coaching goals. Before first coaching session, a competency or behavioral preference assessment can be conducted based on agreement.

Team coaching is typically a process lasting 3 to 6 months, empowering teams to align, communicate, collaborate, set goals, make decisions, and build new habits.

Group coaching involves a similar format to team coaching but focuses on the individual. The group creates an environment for learning, growth, and individual development by sharing knowledge, perspectives, and experiences. Group coaching can be a one-time event or a series of related events, depending on the themes and needs of the group.
