Her work focuses on leadership and career development through an integrative, holistic, embodied approach — engaging the whole person: mind, body, and inner life. Ksenija supports leaders in challenging their beliefs, emotional patterns, and habitual responses that shape how they relate to pressure, authority, responsibility, and change. 


Her signature framework, The HeArt of Leadership — Evolve for Impact, reflects a deep commitment to leadership as a human, relational, and systemic practice. Leadership, in her view, is not only about competence or performance, but about the quality of presence, connection, and meaning a leader brings into everyday decisions, relationships and acomplishments. 

Through reflective dialogue, challenging assumptions and what is, Ksenija helps leaders reconnect with themselves — strengthening trust, clarity, and inner coherence. This work enables leaders to act with greater confidence and wisdom, hold complexity, and create healthier relationships within their teams, organizations, and families. 

Ksenija works best with people who care deeply about their legacy and understand that personal development and professional responsibility cannot be separated. She believes that evolved leaders influence far more than results — they shape cultures, relationships,
and the future we collectively live into.

 Ksenija is known for a coaching approach that is playful yet deeply
transformative, always grounded in responsibility, embodiment, and respect for the whole person. 

Alongside her coaching practice, Ksenija brings 35 years of senior leadership experience in sales and marketing, primarily within regional FMCG (electronics) markets and multinational C-level environments. Her career spans 10 organizations, including SMEs, and includes hands-on experience across sales, finance and controlling, board-level collaboration, matrix organizations, and complex multi-stakeholder systems.


This background allows her to work fluently with strategic complexity and organizational dynamics. 

Ksenija also contributes to the advancement of the profession as a volunteer with the EMCC Global Centre of Excellence – Research Accelerator Team, supporting the integration of evidence-based research with coaching and mentoring practice.

Location

Individual coaching packages usually consist of 8-10 sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. The initial session involves diagnostics and setting coaching goals. Before first coaching session, a competency or behavioral preference assessment can be conducted based on agreement.

Team coaching is typically a process lasting 3 to 6 months, empowering teams to align, communicate, collaborate, set goals, make decisions, and build new habits.

Group coaching involves a similar format to team coaching but focuses on the individual. The group creates an environment for learning, growth, and individual development by sharing knowledge, perspectives, and experiences. Group coaching can be a one-time event or a series of related events, depending on the themes and needs of the group.
