Josip Osrečki is a business agility consultant and certified coach with a strong technical background and 15 years of experience implementing complex software solutions while helping organizations lead change and improve delivery at scale.

His approach integrates systems thinking, lean and agile principles, a leadership style that balances empathy with accountability, and coaching. Location

Individual coaching packages usually consist of 8-10 sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. The initial session involves diagnostics and setting coaching goals. Before first coaching session, a competency or behavioral preference assessment can be conducted based on agreement.

Team coaching is typically a process lasting 3 to 6 months, empowering teams to align, communicate, collaborate, set goals, make decisions, and build new habits.

Group coaching involves a similar format to team coaching but focuses on the individual. The group creates an environment for learning, growth, and individual development by sharing knowledge, perspectives, and experiences. Group coaching can be a one-time event or a series of related events, depending on the themes and needs of the group.
