Irena is a coach, trainer, university lecturer, and quality consultant.

She supports individuals and organizations in their development journeys and in improving their operations.


To her, coaching represents a deep respect for the process of personal growth and the people who choose to engage in it. In a partnership-based relationship, awareness is created, comfort zones are expanded, responsibility is encouraged, and the focus is placed on discovering resources, potential, and solutions. Clients become proactive in setting and pursuing goals. Coaching, in her view, is a process of empathetic support that leads to personal and professional success.

Before transitioning to coaching, she spent over 20 years in the public sector, where she served two terms as the director of large public institutions in social care, healthcare, and education.

Location

Individual coaching packages usually consist of 8-10 sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. The initial session involves diagnostics and setting coaching goals. Before first coaching session, a competency or behavioral preference assessment can be conducted based on agreement.

Team coaching is typically a process lasting 3 to 6 months, empowering teams to align, communicate, collaborate, set goals, make decisions, and build new habits.

Group coaching involves a similar format to team coaching but focuses on the individual. The group creates an environment for learning, growth, and individual development by sharing knowledge, perspectives, and experiences. Group coaching can be a one-time event or a series of related events, depending on the themes and needs of the group.
