Đurđica is an independent trainer, an accredited team and individual coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (Professional Certified Coach), and an HR consultant since 2018. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
In addition, Đurđica is an expert in human resources management, business, and leadership, with more than 20 years of corporate experience gained in managerial roles across four large companies and diverse industries. Her clients include organizations of various sizes, industries, and levels of ambition, and her calling is to help organizations find the right balance between a strong focus on business goals and attention to the needs of their current and future employees—enabling them to develop leaders people truly want to work for.
She built her expertise by developing leadership teams and shaping strategic HR practices, policies, and procedures, working alongside experienced management teams and leading consulting firms that supported the organizations she was part of.

Individual coaching packages usually consist of 8-10 sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. The initial session involves diagnostics and setting coaching goals. Before first coaching session, a competency or behavioral preference assessment can be conducted based on agreement.
Team coaching is typically a process lasting 3 to 6 months, empowering teams to align, communicate, collaborate, set goals, make decisions, and build new habits.
Group coaching involves a similar format to team coaching but focuses on the individual. The group creates an environment for learning, growth, and individual development by sharing knowledge, perspectives, and experiences. Group coaching can be a one-time event or a series of related events, depending on the themes and needs of the group.
