Dragana is a coach, group process facilitator, and trainer. She believes in the power of coaching and its transformative potential.
For over 10 years, she was responsible for talent development within a company, where she established an internal academy, developed an e-learning system, and ensured the continuous development of internal trainers.
Her desire to contribute beyond organizational boundaries led her to pursue an independent career in coaching, facilitation, education, and HRM projects.
With over 25 years of experience in group processes and a deep understanding of group dynamics within organizations, she brings a solid foundation for supporting the development of individuals, organizations, collaborative leadership, and team alignment.
“Transformation begins with self-awareness and the courage to change.”

Individual coaching packages usually consist of 8-10 sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. The initial session involves diagnostics and setting coaching goals. Before first coaching session, a competency or behavioral preference assessment can be conducted based on agreement.
Team coaching is typically a process lasting 3 to 6 months, empowering teams to align, communicate, collaborate, set goals, make decisions, and build new habits.
Group coaching involves a similar format to team coaching but focuses on the individual. The group creates an environment for learning, growth, and individual development by sharing knowledge, perspectives, and experiences. Group coaching can be a one-time event or a series of related events, depending on the themes and needs of the group.
