Description

David N Davis began his coaching career alongside his development in the corporate world, utilising the skills and techniques he gained in various human resources roles across mining, oil and and gas, facilities management, and hospitality throughout Africa and the Middle East.

David chose to become a professional business coach and expand the coaching and leadership development business. He joined Leadership Management International and completed the Thinking Partners programme, which had him coaching leadership development delegates
for various organisations and individual clients over recent years. The focus increased through formal accreditation with SA Business Coaches, COMENSA, as an Accredited Coach, EMCC Senior Practitioner.

He has served as the Vice-Chair, Chair of the Professional Conduct Committee, and Board Member. Clients include Business Owners, Leadership Development Teams, individuals with physical challenges, and Executives.

Finally, David develops financial acumen, enabling them to partake in the conversation.

Location

Individual coaching packages usually consist of 8-10 sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. The initial session involves diagnostics and setting coaching goals. Before first coaching session, a competency or behavioral preference assessment can be conducted based on agreement.

Team coaching is typically a process lasting 3 to 6 months, empowering teams to align, communicate, collaborate, set goals, make decisions, and build new habits.

Group coaching involves a similar format to team coaching but focuses on the individual. The group creates an environment for learning, growth, and individual development by sharing knowledge, perspectives, and experiences. Group coaching can be a one-time event or a series of related events, depending on the themes and needs of the group.
