Danijela is a consultant and ICF-certified coach with extensive experience in human resources management, organisational development, and HR transformation. She has more than 10 years of international experience supporting organisations through growth, change, and transformation, combining senior HR expertise with a psychological and coaching perspective.
She has advised organisations and led initiatives across key HR areas, including recruitment, performance management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, HR processes, and HR technology. Her experience also includes supporting organisations in complex business contexts such as mergers and acquisitions, cultural development, and organisational change.
Danijela holds a degree in Psychology and integrates her understanding of people, systems, and organisational dynamics into her work. As a coach and consultant, she supports leaders, teams, and HR professionals in building clarity, strengthening responsibility, improving communication, and creating healthier and more effective ways of working.

Individual coaching packages usually consist of 8-10 sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. The initial session involves diagnostics and setting coaching goals. Before first coaching session, a competency or behavioral preference assessment can be conducted based on agreement.
Team coaching is typically a process lasting 3 to 6 months, empowering teams to align, communicate, collaborate, set goals, make decisions, and build new habits.
Group coaching involves a similar format to team coaching but focuses on the individual. The group creates an environment for learning, growth, and individual development by sharing knowledge, perspectives, and experiences. Group coaching can be a one-time event or a series of related events, depending on the themes and needs of the group.
