Description

Danica is a Jungian coach and expressive arts practitioner with over 30 years of experience in the corporate world.

She has served as a Finance and HR Director and as a Manager of Support Functions for most of Western Europe (excluding Germany). Most recently, she worked in Internal Audit, responsible for corporate compliance beyond Europe.

Her coaching approach integrates creative media such as drawing, movement, and image cards to facilitate easier access to the unconscious. She works in the fields of personal growth and family relationships and is the author of the book Deklice brez gnezda (Girls Without a Nest – In Search of the Path to Adult Children), translated into Croatian and English (not yet published).

"The best way to find out if you can trust somebody is to trust them." (Ernest Hemingway) Trust is the foundation of all relationships, while integrity is the bridge that connects them. I build bridges - which is why I say what I mean, with respect and empathy, and I do what I say."

Location

Individual coaching packages usually consist of 8-10 sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. The initial session involves diagnostics and setting coaching goals. Before first coaching session, a competency or behavioral preference assessment can be conducted based on agreement.

Team coaching is typically a process lasting 3 to 6 months, empowering teams to align, communicate, collaborate, set goals, make decisions, and build new habits.

Group coaching involves a similar format to team coaching but focuses on the individual. The group creates an environment for learning, growth, and individual development by sharing knowledge, perspectives, and experiences. Group coaching can be a one-time event or a series of related events, depending on the themes and needs of the group.
