In the coaching process, Barbara acts as your partner in thinking and exploration.
She encourages you to look at challenges from various perspectives and to seek new possibilities. She challenges your beliefs, supports you in stepping out of your comfort zone, taking responsibility, and taking action. She stands by you on the path to your goals. Her long-standing business experience serves her well in this role.
Before starting her coaching career, she worked for over 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry. In marketing and sales, she led teams, was responsible for business strategy and its implementation, participated in the design of reward systems, and was a member of various teams in both Slovenian and international environments.
"The recipe for success: awareness that brings clarity; taking responsibility that builds self-trust; and action that leads to goal achievement."

Individual coaching packages usually consist of 8-10 sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. The initial session involves diagnostics and setting coaching goals. Before first coaching session, a competency or behavioral preference assessment can be conducted based on agreement.
Team coaching is typically a process lasting 3 to 6 months, empowering teams to align, communicate, collaborate, set goals, make decisions, and build new habits.
Group coaching involves a similar format to team coaching but focuses on the individual. The group creates an environment for learning, growth, and individual development by sharing knowledge, perspectives, and experiences. Group coaching can be a one-time event or a series of related events, depending on the themes and needs of the group.
