Anja Raić Škarić is an executive and team coach, as well as an expert in organizational development, leadership development, human resources, and organizational communication, with more than fifteen years of experience in developing people, teams, and organizations.
She designs and delivers development programs for leaders and teams and mentors individuals in developing their business and leadership competencies.
Anja has built her career through leading roles in organizational development, employee development, communication, and the development of educational systems. By profession, she is a language teacher, methodology expert, and adult education specialist. She has further expanded her expertise through an MBA program, HR specializations, NLP training, an international accreditation in executive coaching, and numerous other training programs in the fields of leadership, communication, and personal development.
Throughout her career, she has led and developed teams, designed development and leadership programs, improved organizational processes, and worked with management boards, directors, and leaders on the development of people and organizations.
In her work, she combines coaching, HR practice, organizational development, and an understanding of human behaviour to help individuals and organizations develop sustainable systems and practices.

Individual coaching packages usually consist of 8-10 sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. The initial session involves diagnostics and setting coaching goals. Before first coaching session, a competency or behavioral preference assessment can be conducted based on agreement.
Team coaching is typically a process lasting 3 to 6 months, empowering teams to align, communicate, collaborate, set goals, make decisions, and build new habits.
Group coaching involves a similar format to team coaching but focuses on the individual. The group creates an environment for learning, growth, and individual development by sharing knowledge, perspectives, and experiences. Group coaching can be a one-time event or a series of related events, depending on the themes and needs of the group.
